What this is

Evidence first, with the arithmetic shown.

Longevity and biohacking coverage written the way a methods section reads. Every attributed figure carries the paper, the label, or the registry entry it came from, and the working is on the page.

Sources are named Every attributed number links to its DOI, PubMed ID, or drug label. If a claim cannot be tied to a real source, we cut the claim rather than soften it.
Numbers stay intact Trial doses, endpoints, and timepoints are reported as the source reported them, same arm and same population, never merged across studies to make a cleaner story.
We pick no doses The calculators convert whatever gets typed into them. What is right for a body is a clinician's call with your labs in front of them, not ours.
